I'm using Qt.Gui. Remington Model 580 Serial Numbers. QFileDialog.getOpenFileName method to open a file. If I set the default file directory to '/Users/me/Documents/data/2013/today/' the dialog box opens to '/Users/me/Documents/data/2013/' with the 'today' folder selected.
